Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK, please contact us at hello@beforenow.co.uk to discuss options.
Processing Times
Starter Packs
All orders for Starter Packs are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Before Now Books
All orders placed for Before Now books will be processed with 2 weeks. This means that the PDF proof of the book will be sent to you for checking within this time. Once checked, any amendments will be made within a week. Then, final proofs will be sent and books can be ordered for delivery within a week from finalisation.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order via Royal Mail.
Delayed or Lost Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days before contacting us. If your order appears to be lost, contact us at hello@beforenow.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@beforenow.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Before Now Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@beforenow.co.uk and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
